What Are Your Fabric Options?

The majority of our upholstered items are covered in your choice of faux leather colour. However you are welcome to specify a fabric that you like (as long as its CRIB5), we also have access to a huge amount of fabrics from the main houses such as Sunbury, Panaz, Seckers etc. Please let our sales team know if you would like to discuss what options are available to you. We can also operate on a Customers Own Material (COM) basis if you prefer, fabric requirements for each of our chairs is available upon request.

Can I Request a Quote Online?

Yes, its easy; just go to a product page, if applicable select which options you would like, a box will appear saying “Add to Quote”

Where is Your Furniture Made?

We manufacture a proportion of our furniture range at our factory in Manchester, we also have a manufacturing partner in Eastern Europe that specialises in the production of commercial

wooden furniture. In addition to this we stock and distribute imported goods such as metal table bases.

Do You Offer Finance?

If you are purchasing furniture for a limited company with trading history then our finance partners may be able to assist you. Please contact our sales team to discuss your requirements.

Do You Have a Minimum Order

Not as such, you can order one piece of furniture if you wish however deliveries work out much more cost effectively for bulk orders.

What Payment Methods Do you Accept?

Payments can be made by Credit / Debit Card, BACS, Cheque or PayPal depending on your preference.

What Are Your Payment Terms

All goods need to be paid for prior to dispatch. If you are ordering express furniture then payment is required in full. If you are ordering bespoke furniture then we ask for a 50% deposit and the balance when the goods are ready to be dispatched.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

Our product range is split between “Express” which means that they are stocked in the UK and can be delivered in as little as 24 hours. The other half of our range is “Bespoke” and made to order which can take between 3 and 6 weeks. Please contact us to request the lead time of any specific products.

What Does CRIB5 Mean?

CRIB5 is a recognised standard of fire retardancy. Its is a legal requirement in the UK that all upholstered furniture used in a commercial environment conforms to this standard. We can issue you with a fire certificate upon request, you may be asked to present this to the fire office in the event of an inspection.
